The Lines Have Been Incredible,
You're Lucky To Get In !
You're Really Moving Way Too Slow,
It's Called 'Christ's Passion'

We Made It, But We're Last In Line,
Just Lucky Found A Chair !
The Lights Went Dim, The Previews Played,
And Then . .
Our Awestruck Stare !

We Watched The Movie, Both In Shock,
With Dilated Eyes.
Our Throats Lumped Up, Our Tear Ducts Filled,
While Muffling Our Own Cries.

As Roman Whips Went On And On,
I Almost Left My Seat.
I Shut My Eyes, And Plugged My Ears,
As Jesus Christ Was Beat.

Somehow I Managed To Stay Put,
And Watched God's Plan Revealed.
The World Would Never Be The Same,
By His Stripes We Were Healed.

I Left The Theatre That Day,
A Silent ~ Somber Soul.
Emotions Made It Hard To Speak,
He Died To Make ME Whole !

The HOPE Of All This Earthly World,
Was Judged And Crucified.
The Heavens' Shook, And All Went Dim,
As GOD And Angels Cried.

But What I Took Away From This,
One Day At Some Movie ~
Has Been Compiled In Just One List,
I Simply Titled . . "THREE".

THREE Words He Said, "I Love You",
THREE Crosses On A Hill.
THREE More Words, "It Is Finished",
As The World We Know Stood Still.

THREE Rusty Nails At Calvary,
THREE Days Behind A Stone.
THREE Days Of Death Inside That Tomb,
THREE Days Spent All Alone.

I Left That Movie Differently,
In Oh So Many Ways ~
And All Because Of Those THREE Things,
THREE Words - THREE Nails - and THREE Days !
